We recognize that there is a huge gap between the resources & options available to black and brown renters, and the objective of securing affordable housing. However, it is our mission to alleviate the burden of having limited resources by providing our clients with both affordable and luxury housing options (short term & long term).

Meet Shaykara
“Shay” is our Founder & CEO. She obtained her bachelors degree from The University of South Carolina, and her MBA in HR Management from Winthrop University. Shay has a background in project management + HR management, and global business operations for numerous non-profits/ small businesses/ start ups. She has always been very passionate about breaking the barriers that lower and working class minorities face day to day, because she grew up watching her parents face those same barriers.
Meet Kenynon
“Webb” is our CO-Founder & COO. He obtained his bachelors from The University of South Carolina-Beaufort. Webb has a background in higher education + youth development, and digital/ social media marketing for numerous organizations. Being born and raised in a small town (Gaffney,SC) taught him the importance of affordable housing, so he is very passionate about providing affordable housing options for people that look like him.
